TERMS OF PURCHASE & SINGLE-USE LICENSE

By purchasing, downloading, or accessing any digital products from EstateCanvas Pro (including but not limited to the Starter and Elite Notion Workstations and Canva Templates), you unconditionally agree to be bound by these licensing terms.
1. Single-User License Grant

Strict Individual Use: EstateCanvas Pro grants you a non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable, revocable, single-use license.

One User Per Purchase: This license is tied exclusively to the individual professional (broker/agent) identified at checkout.
2. Strict Restrictions & Prohibitions
Any unauthorized use will be met with immediate legal action. You are strictly prohibited from:

Sharing, distributing, or forwarding the original Notion duplication links or Canva template share-links to any third party, colleague, team member, or public platform.

Reselling, sub-licensing, renting, or gifting the templates, whether in their original format or modified.

Utilizing these frameworks to build competing digital products or offering system-configuration services based on our proprietary architecture.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All concepts, core database architectures, customized formulas, layout designs, and visual frameworks contained within the Starter and Elite workstations remain the exclusive intellectual property of EstateCanvas Pro. Your purchase grants a limited license to USE the system, not ownership of the underlying IP.
4. Tracking, Auditing & Revocation of Access

Link Access Monitoring: EstateCanvas Pro monitors template duplication metrics and access logs. Anomalous traffic or multiple distinct IP duplications from a single license link will flag the system.

Access Termination: Any violation of this license will result in the immediate and permanent deactivation of your product access links without prior notice or refund, without prejudice to any further legal remedies for damages.
5. No-Refund & Digital Sale Policy
Due to the instant, digital nature of these products, all sales are final. Once duplication links are delivered, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances.
